Our phone lines are open to technical questions from owners, builders and mechanics during the hours listed in the sidebar to the left. Our techs also work on aircraft under construction or in maintenance here in the shop; therefore, tech calls may not always be able to be answered during other time periods. Also keep in mind that during major airshows such as AirVenture Oshkosh (Late July) or Sun 'n' Fun (March or April), our entire staff may be at the show and out of the office.

Many questions are easily answered by reading the appropriate engine manuals. These manuals are available for free download from Jabiru's website, and linked here for your convenience on the Engine Manuals & Notices page. We can answer any question about the firewall-forward kits that we design and sell. However, questions about installations in Sonex, X-Air, and other aircraft not specifically listed in the Firewall-Forward section of our site may be better answered by the aircraft company that designed the firewall-forward kit.

Need a Part?
We stock a pretty large supply of Jabiru engine and airframe parts. When calling to order parts, please have the part number available, as it will save a lot of time and ensure that you get exactly what you need. Part numbers are listed in the Engine Parts Manuals, which are downloadable from the Engine Manuals & Notices page of this website. Airframe part numbers are located in the technical drawings in the Aircraft Service Manuals, downloadable from the LSA Manuals and Notices page of this website.
